Massage does more than make you feel good - Full-Body Massage relaxes the entire body. It benefits the nervous, circulatory and musculoskeletal system, and promotes a general sense of well-being. It also balances your body's energy and produces an invigorating feeling, improves athletic performance, and improves skin tone and appearance. Quick massage can relieve common neck, shoulder and back tensions as well as stress-related problems like headaches.

The HNS is and should be complimentary to regular medical treatment and does not replace it.
